You may purchase a ring sizer here, or any jeweller can do this for you in a snap.

Or…. with the provided table,  and with a ruler, measure (in millimeters) the inside diameter of a ring you have. Measure across the middle of the ring from the inside of one side to the inside of the other side.

If you want to double check, or if you don’t have a ring that is the right size, wrap a narrow band of paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the circumference/perimeter

Match up either measurement on the provided table to find your ring size.

With the stacking rings, you need not adjust the size; for wider rings you will likely need to go up a full size.
