Stacking rings ship free via Canada post regular mail in a standard #10 envelope.

Everything else ships Canada wide for a flat fee of $15 (per order; not per item) Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking number.

Everything shown is on hand, so unless I’ve messed up, I’ll send your parcel within a couple of days. If I foresee any delay, I will definitely let you know.

Stacking rings … no problem. Send me an email, and use the same folder you received them in to send them back to me (within seven days of your having received them). I will refund your card or send you another size; your choice.

Earrings – no returns or exchange.

 Rings and Pendants – you may return them (shipping at your expense) within 7 days.  Please send me a message first (you will need my address) and upon receipt (if in perfect condition) I will refund your purchase less my shipping cost.

Glass… well, it’s glass. I do my best to make my glass elements durable (refer to the Home page/ Creating  for more on that). Glass is not for kids. Probably best not to wear transparent blown elements in the shower or swimming - it would be tough to get the humidity out of the core. Other than that, it is a pretty resistant material.

Silver… without exception, all the metal components I make or purchase are .925 silver; also known as sterling silver.
Sterling silver tarnishes naturally. Humidity and elements in the air accelerate tarnishing. Store your silver jewelry in a clean, dry drawer or chest.
 

The shiny finish on brand new silver dulls with time and wear and your silver jewelry will take on its own lustre.

 

If your silver jewelry is tarnished, a gentle wipe with a silver polishing cloth should do the trick.
